Our Story

Iron Luxury Outdoors was founded on a simple belief: your outdoor space should be as intentional as the home it surrounds. We combine expert craftsmanship with Hill Country-inspired design to create outdoor living spaces that are beautiful, functional, and built to endure the Texas climate for decades.

Founder & Master Craftsman

Sage is a U.S. veteran and the hands-on craftsman behind every Iron Luxury Outdoors project. With years of experience designing and building premium outdoor spaces across the Texas Hill Country, Sage brings a personal standard to every job site — one rooted in military discipline, genuine care for the client, and an eye for design that blends naturally with the Hill Country landscape. When Sage is on your project, you'll know it. He checks in, shows up, and doesn't leave until the work is right.

Ryan Najmulski

CEO & Head of Sales

Ryan brings a background in commercial strategy and customer-focused growth to Iron Luxury Outdoors. With experience working across commercial organizations to deliver lasting value for clients, Ryan leads the sales and marketing function and serves as the first point of contact for new clients and partnerships. He works closely with Sage at every stage — from understanding a client's vision to making sure the finished project exceeds expectations. Ryan's focus is simple: build relationships that last as long as the landscapes we design.
